Frage zu Gästefahrtagen

Hallo,

die IGGS Rhein Main beabsichtigt im Februar 2012 auf ihrer Anlage einen unentgeltlichen Gästefahrtag (nichtöffentlich) zu veranstalten. Hat jemand schon Erfahrungen diesbezüglich gesammelt (bzgl. Resonanz bzw. Anmeldeformalitäten)? Über Rückmeldungen würde ich mich freuen.
